These courses may be offered online or in person. If offered in person, the facilitators’ travel expenses will be billed separately.

Courses run over a 6-month period, and each are composed of six thematic units. All courses include a needs analysis that can be used towards personal growth as well as towards team goals. The courses start with creating an authentic space for psychological safety, which will allow for optimal learning and development. An overview of the learning journey gives participants a birds' eye view of what to expect and how to show up tor themselves and for others. Each month the focus is on a new content area. Over the month we will gain skills and competencies by means of in-depth learning, practice, and reflection.

Each thematic unit consists of continuous self-discovery through: Thematic Content, Tools for Use, Practice and Reflection, Real-life Application for Integration, Accountability and Sharing.
